1. Toothpaste with soda


It's necessary:

- Soda
- A little water
- The essential oil (lemon, sage, mint)

In a bowl, stir the soda and a little water with the addition of one drop of essential oil. Prepare the amount that you will be enough to brush your teeth. Always prepare bond mixture for brushing teeth. When you mix the ingredients, dip a toothbrush in it and rub teeth as you do with the classical toothpaste, after which the teeth rinse with water.

2. Toothpaste with mint


- Soda
- Mint in dry state
- Water
- Essential oil of mint

Take dry leaves of mint and minced them into powder. In this, add soda, water and a drop of essential oil. All stir well and rub the teeth with this mass. You can keep this mixture in a glass jar in the refrigerator.

- Coconut oil

- Stevia powder
