Here is a simple natural recipe for strengthening bones, made up of herbal ingredients in combination with honey.

You will need:

10 tablespoons flaxseed
5 tablespoons ground sesame seeds
a few pumpkin seeds
little sunflower seeds, shelled
3 tablespoons raisins
2 pounds of honey


A process for preparing


Mix it all together in a deeper pan, then add the honey with wooden spoon and stir well for ingredients combined. 

Then, pour the whole content in the glass jar.

Use the one tablespoon of this mix before breakfast and one tablespoon before lunch.
