6 Natural scrubs for oily skin

Recipes for natural exfoliation for oily skin


  • Citric acid


This is a mild peeling for the skin, which will clean the skin surface and remove excess fat. It is prepared as follows: squeeze the juice of one lemon and rub it on your face. Leave it to act for 5-10 minutes and then remove it from the face with lukewarm water.

  • Oats


Oats has a comforting and anti inflammatory action on facial skin and also cleanses the pores and removes impurities. Just take 2 spoons of milled oats and mix with a spoon of soda and a little water to make a thick paste. Apply the paste on your face; leave it to act for about 10 minutes, then wash.


  • Pineapple


Pineapple contains bromelain and fruit acids that tighten pores, act against inflammatory and stimulates the circulation. Just use a piece of mashed pineapple and apply it on face. With fingers gently rub pineapple and then wash it off with lukewarm water.


  • Banana


Banana has antibacterial and anti inflammatory action on facial skin. It is more effective on the youthful skin, on acne and pimples. Banana is also very well for nourishing the skin. It can be mixed with honey.


  • Piling with egg white for oily skin


This scrub is excellent for pimples and for nourishing and tightens the skin. Just whisk one egg white, add a tablespoon of corn flour and apply the mask on your face. Leave for half an hour on the face and then rinse your face with lukewarm water.


  • Yogurt


Yogurt contains proteolytic bacteria, and it also has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory action. Yogurt soothes inflammation, acne; wealth lactic acid makes skin soft and clean. 


Just apply little yogurt every morning on your face, rub it with a massage, and then wash your face with warm water and apply a day cream for skin care.
